Aaron Kite

Aaron is the son of a long-haul trucker.  Aaron’s  father drove a big rig all over the country.  This experience growing up gave Aaron a first-hand experience of the issues facing truck drivers.

As a lawyer, Aaron has developed a focus on representing individuals in serious truck accident cases.  For example, he recently successfully represted an individual who was seriously injured and whose wife was killed in a collision with a truck that was making an illegal turn.

Aaron graduated magna cum laude from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  He graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1998.  While in law school Aaron attended the Guanajuato Summer Law Institute in Guanajuato, Mexico where he studied the Mexican legal system.

Aaron was admitted to the State Bar of Kansas in 1998 and the State Bar of Texas (currently inactive)* in 2001, and he is admitted to practice in the US District Court, District of Kansas.
